What if I told you that there were an abundance of restaurants that offer a variety of healthy choices in Las Vegas, and that you can find one just about anywhere you travel in town? These
days, people are slowing down just enough to consider smarter food choices. This can be difficult and overwhelming at times, especially with the array of food products and restaurants claiming to be natural, organic, free of GMO’s, etc. The constant contradictions in the media on good foods versus bad foods don’t help, either. I have been on a mission over the past several years to find restaurants that offer healthy choices and truly stand by their claims. In upcoming issues of MYVEGAS Magazine, I would like to highlight several healthy restaurants that I have had the pleasure of dining in, with the hope that my experiences will inspire you to do the same.
Well let’s just get to it: Rachel’s Kitchen is a great Las Vegas spot for healthy eats. I can’t tell you how many times I have had to grab something quick when I’m on the go. With convenient locations all over town, there is no reason not to have something healthy and nutritious! They offer a full array of healthy menu items and substitutions such as gluten-free bread and quinoa pasta. They are open early for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
